Caribbean   Rum Cake 

This recipe is the result of long hours testing in the kitchen and we couldn’t be more proud of it. Made in Montreal with french Caribbean rum there's no icing which makes the rum taste stand out better even. We added walnuts on top for a crunchy feel and let it sit in rum for 8 hours after baking.

Vacuum sealed**  to ensure freshness stays longer and beautifully boxed.

It is also great hostess gift idea  15-20 servings.

**Covid-19 Update : Due to some suppliers being closed for the month of April Rum Cakes might not be Vacuum Sealed . However it will be delivered in a airtight closed box that will keep it fresh for days.
